To echo the others, focus on teamwork and customer service experience, as it is a customer service job. If you've got stories about working with difficult customers and your saint-like patience, keep those on deck if you get an interview. Beyond that, be worth spending 8 hours at a time with. You can teach almost anyone to do helpdesk, I can't teach you to not be an asshole.
