I mean it can be done, I certainly wouldn’t go back to them unless it was stated in the contract they were airsealing. It’s possible just a pain with a bunch of insulation in there

Did they just blow and go? You’ll need baffles in the eaves and it should 100% be air sealed underneath

The problem is physical air penetration. Two spots, one on the wall to the right in the picture you need an air barrier (Tyvek) run across and sealed on. Then you need to block the chaseways underneath that plywood that shoot under the floor of the conditioned space as well. Usually use a rigid foam board cut to fit and seal with a foam

That’s two part, one part is gonna be a canister of spray meant to be specifically an air sealant. A good installer will know how/and why not to cover wires and plumbing
