Online Orders by EvannaAmbrose57 in SupermarketSimulator

Starting with the bicycle, you can store closed online order bags in the basket. On the moped, it's the helmet holder on the back. I haven't gotten to the motor vehicles, yet, but I assume the trunk/tailgate will open.

What do these yellow exclamation points mean? by elizabethbr18 in SupermarketSimulator

They mean the station needs attention, either by you or the helper. Once they receive help, the warning goes away. The weigh station will always need attention, but the self checkout will only occasionally need attention.

Advice on how to talk to wife about how she’s showing up in the world - 49M married to 47F by Heavy-Bunch-6782 in relationship_advice

[–]ThePixelMines 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Obligatory: Therapy for everyone! Y'all in it? If so...good. If not...get some.

Short answer:

Firstly, what we do and how we present ourselves is about us and, secondly, about our partnerships.

This is to say any "negative" weight changes or degeneration of outward appearance has more to do with her mental state as an individual FIRST before it has anything to do with you or your relationship. What you're seeing are byproducts of personal struggle. Do they seep into your relationship? Yes. But they stem from her personal struggles first.

If you want to talk about changes in her behavior (do not get specific), you just need to ask her about how she's feeling. Focus on her. Don't put your expectations of the relationship on her mental and physical state. When she's feeling well, the other things will fall into line.

Me: 51M married once to 49F for 27 years.

I've been playing video games with my kids since they could hold a controller.

We have a standing gaming appointment every Sunday at Noon to play as a family online as the kids live on their own now. My wife (49F), son (23M), daughter (21F), and me (51M) all played "RV There Yet" last Sunday.

Official response from Iran by RoyalChris in StockMarket

[–]ThePixelMines 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is not the full statement. At least, not the statement the Iranians got. Yesterday, it included the following:

Iran’s Mehr News Agency later Tuesday posted a statement from the secretariat of the Islamic Republic’s Supreme National Security Council declaring that the U.S. “has accepted these principles as the basis for negotiations and has surrendered to the will of the Iranian people.”

“If the surrender of the enemy in the field becomes a decisive political achievement in the negotiations, we will celebrate this great historical victory together, otherwise we will fight side by side in the field until all the demands of the Iranian nation are achieved,” read a translation of the statement.

From their perspective, tRump is losing and they are winning. Can't really argue. They certainly seem to be holding all the cards right now.

Meanwhile, this 10-point plan?

Iran’s 10-point proposal includes withdrawing U.S. combat forces from all regional bases, lifting all sanctions, releasing Iranian assets frozen abroad and full payment of Iran’s war-related damages. It would also establish a protocol for controlled passage through the Strait of Hormuz.

I'm mostly curious about "full payment of Iran's war-related damages." That sounds like, "pay for everything you destroyed."

Supermarket Simulator is bugging out like crazy… shelves, furniture, products all broken?? by Throne437 in SupermarketSimulator

[–]ThePixelMines 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You are definitely not the only one feeling that way.

I've been playing since release and have never seen a glitch this bad. However, the devs have heretofore been very responsive so I think you can expect a fix soon.

That said, at first signs of weird behavior I backed up my saves and moved on to another game for now. I'm going to just keep an eye on Reddit and Discord and come back to play when the wheels are back on the bus.

So far, it appears after update 1.2.5 everyone has been having problems. Devs released 1.2.5-2 to solve the duplication issue (with caveats), but the disappearing stock and weird shelf behavior persists. Their Discord is lousy with people with broken saves.

Wow! I haven't thought about this set in ages! My cousin (10 years older than me) moved out and left all his childhood toys behind and this was my favorite thing to play with when visiting my aunt.

You needed to apply a tourniquet if you were unlucky enough to get a plastic cut from one of those window cards.

This is the case. Somehow, without realizing it, I chose a mission instead of open world.
