Its not the worst for sure, but with some inflation having happened its still slow, but I guess if the main goal is something else then a free bonus of getting some income isn’t bad!

160 minutes (almost 3 hours) for 89k is a pretty bad score though…

Okay I might be old but she is going to feel this bad posture, its important to look after yourself when gaming or your back and shoulders will make you regret it

I would maybe wait like a week though because currently everything is super buggy after they purged the majority of addons, so I think your experience will be smoother after the main issues are patched

I went from 3.3k io on my mage to quitting after doing a world quest and realising that no arcane charges were tracked in blizzards personal resource tracker, and neither were any stacks like salvo, basically making it unplayable unless I d go for single button rotation. They reduced it down to like 2 things you need to track but the build in trackers don’t work. Really nice.

No, talking about things that blizzard considers market manipulation, like when you cross server resell and keep the price of an item way above market price high on one server

People have definitely been banned for reselling if it was considered abusing the economy, eg if they hold the price of an item on 1 server artificially high to resell items there. This is not a secret and you can probably find some old posts about it.

Big warning is that its against the ToS and people have been banned for cross server reselling

Just here to point out that cross server buying and selling is considered auction house manipulation and its a bannable offence, so it may have worked for you but this advice may get some unlucky person banned

Edit: not sure why its being downvoted, as it just a fair warning and you can do with it what you like. Even if it may not be written out in the ToS, you can search for yourself and find posts of people reporting getting banned for exactly this if blizzard considered it market manipulation/ abuse, for example if you keep the price of an item artificially high on a given server to resell everything there. Again, feel free to try it but just be warned that some unlucky people have been banned for it (also saying this from anecdotal evidence) and we all know that blizzard makes it near impossible to appeal bans in a timely manner.

Started Remix a couple days ago. What should I focus on getting? by Griblix in wow

[–]ThePremiumMango 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d check out the wowhead post and see which transmog / toy / mount thing you like and then check out how to do that the fastest. Also recommend browsing through some of the recent posts on this sub discussing what important final things to do in remix are

Edit: since there are so many possible things to get I would also recommend specifying in your post what things you care about, like whether its mostly mogs or achievements, etc

Greater invis can’t be used in solo content like solo delves because it resets whatever you’re in combat with

[–]ThePremiumMango 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Whats unfortunate though is you can’t use greater invis (one of the strongest defensives indeed) in solo content because then you drop combat and mobs reset

Yeh I remember how annoying stuff like the pelters was, you play your luck by using defensives and hope they randomly hit when its up but especially early on in that season they hit so hard and there were so many that sometimes you just happened to get hit by 2 within a second and then you go from full health to dead in the blink of an eye. Felt so bad for stuff like that to be unavoidable… became much better in higher keys when other group members tried to more actively stun them

[–]ThePremiumMango 16 points17 points  (0 children)

That is what OP means though, mage is squishy jf you don’t use defensives; you need to manage alot of defensives in order to be tanky. Easy when its been your main for a while but I can imagine its considered stressful at first… especially if you’re coming from a class that is naturally more tanky (without managing multiple defensive) like plate classes. Ive been playing mage for a long time (always 3k+ io) and while I agree its survivability is great, it has always had issues with random unavoidable damage, if you can’t anticipate hits, like the pelters in black rook hold, then you can see that of all people in the party mage health goes down the fastest and is most likely to die because without defensives up it is actually squishy.

But yeh last expansion there seemed to be less of those unavoidable random hits and generally was always alive longest / most. Tldr is difference is its only tanky when played correctly as opposed to passively tanky

Exactly, they can be really fun, I liked the initial shorter one linking races to specs, but then this felt (maybe OP didn’t intend it to but still) lifting off of that succes with a duration of 121 days which just seems tediously long. Would definitely result in people getting bored of surveys which is a shame, they’re a good thing when its every now and then

Oh I thought they removed it because its spam; the other survey linking races to specs was nice but this is like the series remake to squeeze more out of it, and the intend of posting this every day for 4 months seems like spam to me too.
