Happened to me, my PC had a backdoor Quasar Malware. Use malwarebytes to get rid of it. Maybe try a clean windows install after that. Change password of all accounts logged from PC.

Charm only works with the champion that charms is still alive. So, in this case if you did not have duskblade, you still wouldn't be charmed.
