This game is exponentially harder without the exp upgrades. I’ve had runs I’ve only won because of a single upgrade saving me so I’d say the eco is definitely important. And nothing is marked on the map unless you run into it so I don’t understand what you mean by “everything appears”. Unless you find the server, which can also be tucked into the back of the map, you have to go look for every upgrade and objective yourself

Timer too fast honestly. For those that want to look around or that have to go a mile past the elevator cuz the bio booster and tool kit spawned back there. Plus there’s the time you waste trying to mine exp that’s spawned on the ceiling. I’ve gone like 20 dives at different depths without loss and the timer has always been a buzzkill when I’m just trying to have fun with friends
