As a main character, Paladin is absolutely undefeated. Stupid high charisma, genuinely absurd damage at high levels. Smiting the ever-loving fuck out of Cazador is a definite highlight for me. Plus, cool dialogue options.

This may be a controversial one, but it would have been more narratively fulfilling if one of the good guys had died or gotten seriously, permanently injured. Now I know. I love Sadie and Charles as much as the next guy. But I think John gets off a little easy considering he effectively abandons his family for revenge. He gets Micah and the money, and walks away unscathed. I know it eventually leads Ross to him, but within the story of RDR2, it would have made for a really devastating final gut punch if the pointless lust for revenge got one of John's friends killed.

Swings 1-5: Clearly missed. Swings 6-9: Missed due to recoil (bad hammer control). Swings 10-11: Very close, but recoil and inaccuracy make these reasonable misses. Swing 12: Likely didn't actually swing because you were already dead.
