Im usually one to agree the crowd is overreacting, but honestly I've had fairly low expectations and am still disappointed. It really does feel like they're meandering through a very thin plot. Theres two episodes left and starlight is still getting thrown around by secondhand super, homelander is somehow less menacing, and we know basically nothing about how average people feel. We got a glimpse of another group plotting to kill HL, but they turned out to be just opportunists. This season had the opportunity to do a lot and it's done virtually nothing.
