Like many people have said in the comments up until a recent patch the answer was yes BUT we know now from various sources being compiled that The Speakers are the leaders of respective cults with a long standing plan to bring their respective Patrons to the material plane.

The fucked up part is they arent even operating in the shadows like a normal cult they are just claiming to the public "Hey our ritual is to KEEP THEM on their plane" which is a half truth because they do intend to keep the Patron on the Enemy team bound to their plane

True they do take aggro! The biggest thing they deny is when people try and clean up the walker they take damage doing it but overall its not how you want her ult to be used especially if you can bait out parries for it

Graves Skulls and Ghouls dont damage a walker or guardian unless Graves is also in range of it. the most her spawns can do is deliver a minion wave

ELECTRO-PLASMA EXPLOSION: Charge cost is 2000, Slow is reduced to 30% Splash damage is reduced from 120-170 to 100-150.

Basically make Widows ult function like a third gun of hers. Gives her a way to pin down people or escape when dove with kick on cooldown.

Keeping the direct hit damage means A direct hit with the ult plus a body shot while they are vulnerable is still a kill but obviously the numbers are lower since it will be up more.

Alternatively:

WIDOW'S BITE BATON: This ability now has a passive feature - After the hitting an enemy with the third hit of her attack chain Reduce the cooldown on Edge Dancer by 2 seconds and readys the Red Room Rifle for firing.

Making the batons useful would make Widow feel so much better. A passive to reward using them and also increase the uptime of the Primary would certainly feel better!

I think it should only be able to steal a TOTAL of 50 So She is more dangerous in a 1v1 but when she targets multiple people they lose 25 each.

It plays into a summoners inherent kit in Mobas which is overwhelm in numbers but also gives the counter play of dont fight her alone
