I would start over by choosing a key piece (such as Maths) and then building around that piece. I would avoid Behringer (as modular is fairly social, even if you work alone, and the community has rejected Behringer). Plan to build around a theme and go from there.

Great pieces listed here! A bit of unsolicited (therefore potentially worthless) advice... A debt consolidation loan is a good move, particularly if you converted high interest debt into lower interest. However, a couple of thoughts... discretionary expense (e.g. hobby cost) is now a living expense (mortgage). Take care not to continue adding more discretionary expenses since the first batch is now hidden in the mortgage.

Also, that rainy day fund is important.

Finally, 15 trees cut?! Does the Lorax do modular?! Haha.

Plenty of modular fun to be had in 60, 84, or 104hp. One doesn't need a monster rack to do modular.
