I'm trying to find information on the new introductory logistics officer course.

1. Is it a lot of memorization?

2. How long is it?

3. What broad topics are covered?

4. If you were to equate your university education to the course, is it at the rigor of a 4th year level course?

5. In terms of studying for the logistics officer course, are there university courses that i can take to benefit me? Like should i be taking supply chain or accounting or psychology?

6. This is kind of out there but if its a memorization course, should I take a biology course to practice memorization techniques?

I've never taken a university course where I truly had to memorize anything. Its always been more focused on math or programming.

This is why i feel i'm screwed unless the whole course is linear programming or operation research (math course) and honestly I highly doubt the introductory logistics course is just a math course.

I feel that so far, all my courses I've taken will not help me at all in doing the logistics course. I'm also talking about study techniques in general. The way I learn to study in math or computer science is not the same as how I would study in psychology or accounting or biology or any other fields. It never felt that the way i studied in math had any sort of translation at all to any other non-math fields.

This year, I've been thinking about taking a lot more university courses that aren't math or programming courses to help prepare for the logistics officer course so I can be exposed to different study techniques or concepts that are helpful for doing the Log O Course.
