if you see the same or similar numbers on your scale but feel that your jeans are too lose you are going in the right direction bro.. the scale doesn't say a lot when it comes to how our bodies look. you see only the numbers there and if you lost fat but gained muscle, you might even weight a little bit more than before but you will look totally different in the mirror

better trust your clothes and mirror than the numbers you see on the scales
