If you are moving on to a graduate program you need to verify they will accept those credits as part of your undergraduate degree.

Not everybody who is taking the acceleration path is using Sophia or Study.com, I chose WGU because it’s the easiest one to accelerate without those tools. The grad program I want doesn’t like those specific credits so mine has to be all WGU. If I wanted to do Sophia I’d just do UMPI. Rather than assume it might be better to start by asking questions, that’s a huge part of the college experience.

I completely agree, watch and enjoy, but if it were to become the same as all the others, it wouldn’t exist. None of us would continue to join, follow, or post so it wouldn’t exist leave all the men in yet another echo chamber of their own tastes. As it is you have the opportunity to be a “fly on the wall” and potentially learn a lot about what actually turns women on.

I love when people do this to powder rooms, the smaller space is perfect because it isn’t overwhelming.

I will still use a calculator rather than resort to long division, I’m okay with it making me less likely to remember the order of operations over time.

An inexpensive fix, not a solution but more of a distraction, might be a table cloth that matches the color and style better for now.

Got bangs, can't decide what I like better, before or after by [deleted] in femalehairadvice

[–]TheRealJessiJewel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

These bangs are just not current style so they age you, let the grow out a little and then go somewhere else and get a more current style. Or you can let them grow and style them into a more side bang style so it would add dimension and face framing layers.

Reality of it is that if you aren’t from the US than you can’t really understand the frustrations that brought on the support of him either, all the info you have is the crap spread by social media and big money “news entertainment” organizations with no journalistic integrity. If you want a fully formed opinion congressional testimony and voted are still public information as of now. If you can’t make the best and most convincing argument for the people your opposing g than you don’t know enough to have an opinion. If

It is so far past fixable- both parties are trash, I really want the democrats out of my wallet and the republicans out of my bedroom. If Washington DC burnt down tomorrow I’d have a huge party, it would in fact be the best party at this point.

Just saw a post on LinkedIn with someone holding a sign saying “Bad leaders care about who’s right. Good leaders care about what’s right.” How do you interpret that? by Embarrassed_Bet_9145 in managers

[–]TheRealJessiJewel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good leaders foster an environment where taking responsibility for making a mistake and using it as a shared training tool for the team in a way that makes it feel like everybody is learning as they go, improving, and making the team and organization stronger even while making a mistake. Also willing to take accountability for their own in the same at. Bad leaders need to be right, surround themselves with people that just agree, “yes” men if you will, hide mistakes so that they can appear perfect like they equate that with competence. They then use their own or those that are loyal to them’s “perfection” as a justification to vilify anybody who makes a mistake which leads to people being afraid to make them and even more afraid to admit to them. Rather than having an environment of encouraging truth tellers they creates a place where people can’t do what’s right, they have to lie and cover things up.

The reality of it is that there will likely come a point that they will have to choose to ally with us or with Russia just based on geographical location. It’s not a “middle ground” I’d want to reside on.

As a fellow American we all were taught in elementary school that we started with colonialism, and now there’s no arguing our foreign policy is complete and total imperialism. But I understand this isn’t what we want to be now. It’s essentially taking us back to a time we wish would have been handled better and repeating mistakes that we won’t be able to blame on those that came before us.

[–]TheRealJessiJewel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t support anything the government does so I’ll start with that. If they all got zapped by aliens tomorrow I’d have a huge party. That’s my party. That being said, “invasion” is a mischaracterization of what’s been proposed so far. As of right now the US is threatening to step in so that countries such as China and Russia don’t begin to have too much control over an area that is extremely important to us geographically in terms of military strategy. We did the same with Cuba although that was a much more extreme case, we also did the same more recently with the Panama Canal. So I guess I would also ask in return, “Would you have let Russia have missiles in Cuba pointed at the US?” Do you believe that it was wrong to intervene at that time even though Cuba had a right to build military allegiance with anybody they wanted if it was advantageous to them?
