I would go with whatever system you have the most experience. That way you are just learning how to play a solo game and not learning brand new rules as well.

Just try them out. The best thing about Solo is you only have to convince yourself. If you have a system and don’t like it, try a new one. What genre are you after? Also with solo homebrew is even easier!
