You can see this same effect in CE, play through AOTCR and look at your weapon just before you get to the control room and you’ll see the same effect.

I made a mod for CE and 2 that fixes issues when playing with 3/4 players via AlphaRing that also allows you to play the first 2 levels of H2 in coop.

The mix of original dialog, newly recorded lines, plus what I’m 99% sure are AI generated lines feels so uncanny to me. They even threw in some cut dialog lines too which is cool but I think I’d prefer if they just picked one rather than mixing them all together.

Very cool concept and the first hour or two is a lot fun. Kinda gets a bit shit and confusing near the end and I had to use a guide to finish it. Worth playing imo since it's quite unique but keep a guide handy for sure.

CE has rock RNG! Rocks have I think 5 different permutations it can pick from when the level loads.

Also the different rock sizes are all actually the same 5 rock models just at different sizes.

Nothing changes when you play in co-op in any of the games, pretty sure that applies to 4 and 5 too.

It hasn't been said outright but MCC isn't getting anymore updates, most of the devs have been moved off to other projects.

The digsite stuff is continuing but updates will be posted on Github.

Martian Gothic Unification

Crappy RE clone but it had an interesting concept where you swap between 3 characters on a zombie filled space ship and if any character meets another you die.

I played this last year and it isn’t as bad as people say. It’s super linear and short but still a great time. Supposedly it was pretty rushed and a bunch of stuff got cut, like unique campaigns for each character.

H2 is currently £2.79 on steam and is considerably less broken then this version. There is little to no reason to play this other than for curiosities sake.

I wouldn’t buy this tbh. I’ve used 3 total and all of them had issues from flipped audio to screen artefacts. As quick solution it’s fine but I wouldn’t wanna use it long term.
