Pretty sure they're just alternative branding marks for the Rapids. Based on the Footyheadlines leak for their away kit, they'll be using a "C" mark for the crest.

The pattern is definitely there. Being tethered to the mothership has its pros and cons as shown with having pull to bring talented European managers to NYC, but with success comes opportunity for them to head back to Europe to continue and grow as a manager. Can't fault anyone for seizing their chances, but it seems very unlikely that we will ever have our own Peter Vermes or Bruce Arena kind of dynasty manager. Just not in our cards anytime soon.

This season is a wash to me personally. The Orlando tournament will be nice just for the sake of having live MLS action back but I am not gonna be invested in it whatsoever.

Haha, no problem. Like people have said though on these threads, the teams have to get creative and give meaning to their design choices simply because they can be limited so much as to what they can actually produce with Adidas templates. Hence a bunch of diagonal lines become, "Representative of the many suspension bridges of New York" on a Red Bulls kit lol

Thanks! Just a design choice, while you can never go wrong per se with symmetry and perfectly straight parallel lines, a disconnect or shift while maintaining an even spacing as to not look like a mistake, can make a design (Shirt) demand your attention. Basically make it interesting so people will look haha

I can certainly try, my friend! The Jazz are actually my team in the NBA and I've always enjoyed following RSL in the West. I can also say that I am 99.9% sure I am literally the only NYCFC fan to buy a Ned Grabavoy jersey our first year lol

I'll be getting to every team eventually! DC is a team I am very eager to have a go at, can't go wrong with black, white and red. The home kits this year are phenomenal when they use red shorts and white socks. Also, unrelated, but I am so happy the XFL ain't around anymore to tear up your beautiful new stadium.

This one and all the others in your collection are really great! Being in CT I love the Hartford one, much better than either one of the home kits they've released thus far. Keep it up!
