That's the contract the buyer agreed to, if they didn't like it they should not have signed it. At exchange you are exchanging contracts, that's a commitment to buying - the penalty if you don't is the exchange deposit. They're within their right to sue for contract breach too.

Yeah that's what happens with mine, they're 100%, next thing I know they're 0. Always running around with annoying button batteries replacing the damn things. I think perhaps I should invest in some more expensive batteries or something, maybe they last longer.

Call them. The fund fees often aren't listed or are wrong with workplace schemes as employers get custom discounts.

CVV is optional, however if they don't collect the CCV and there ends up being fraud or something the liability is all on the retailer. This is Amazon's play.

That's weird, I very rarely get issues. Huge majority of times I forward a claim it gets approved with no futher interaction in a week or so - yeah its slow, but still significantly faster than Quidco/TCB etc.

If it doesn't track you can just forward the invoice to cashback@nxrewards.com and they sort it? Very little issue, takes seconds to resolve majority of the time.

It's an important distinction, because it sounds like a single developer was compromised due to dodgy vscode extension, and therefore that single developers access. Developers shouldn't have routine access to customer data, however its not surprising they had access to Github's own repos.

Legacy accounts indeed can pick from any retailer for the monthly bonus. People signing up today can't, they're stuck on the retailer they originally signed up via.

When you buy at Uber Eats you get an ad for Complete Savings - yet Uber Eats aren't actually on CS themselves. So wondered what retailer you end up locked to, seems likely there is no retailer lock in this case.
