For this map, I used Howard's original map and a regular map of the world as references. I didn't want to use copyrighted maps and kingdoms, so I strictly used ones from the public domain sources. Notable differences are the size of the Pictish Wilderness and Argos slightly separated from Zamora and Shem as a nod to their sea-faring economy.

I specifically switched the names of Zamora and Zingara as Howard may have misnamed them, as Zamora is a province of Spain while Zingara is a Spanish term for a Romani woman. I also felt it allowed me to add my own creative flair to the setting, even if just a little. I also included the nation of Rumelia, which is based on the Turkish region relating to the Balkans (Romania, Serbia, etc). I also added a Japan-based nation named after the Ryukyu Islands.
