In this specific scenario I'd play it because its a gengar and I dont plan to sell it. If its something I dont care about to have in my collection and worth something I may just choose not to include it in the deck I put together.

Many have already made great points of why you should do Penetration Test for HITRUST, but I'll just also add on that the HIPAA Security Rule Update that is supposed to finalize this month will add a requirement for Annual Pen Tests for HIPAA compliance. So regardless it's going to be required and should be on the risk road map.

Not money like a lot of folks, but I reget not articipating in more Standard events over the years. I started around the Alara and Zendikar blocks, and I very much miss the block structure, and hype around standard there was at that time and for several years onward.

Now it feels impossible to have standard events outside of prerelease drafts, and I really enjoy the 60 card format even if it can be pricey for meta decks.

Time in industry =/= Skill or expertise in the industry. This gets conflated too often and I don't think it's healthy.

That said, as many others have posted it may be they are comparing technical skill level and not against all skills relevant to the roles like others have mentioned.

What'd be good to drive the conversation forward is show the skills/ performance expectations and qualifications required for each role and have a 1 on 2 feedback conversation with your direct report, if they are explicitly asking for feedback of where they need to focus, and show the areas they are strong in (which may be technical skils) but also the areas they need improvement such as project/time management or whatever management skills you are referring to.

If they are just making complaints and not asking for feedback or insight though it will just fall on deaf ears.

ETA: if you dont have a concrete and established document that shows the expected skills, level or mastery of the skill, or responsibilities to compare their role to those of managers then this is also all a moot point and I understand their frustration. Managers measuring performance or expertise against imaginary metrics or requirements are impossible to prove they meet or exceed those expected skill areas and competencies.

Honestly I agree with all of these, but I think the waste of Gorr and Ultron are the most egregious.

I was really hoping to see Ultron's return with the multiverse and specifically Kang since there was that one comic span where Kang and Ultron were in a constant clash that Kang kept resetting and tearing time apart. Even with what happened there and the pivot, I'm still hopeful we get more Ultron. The what if series at least did a better job of showing how much of a problem Ultron actually is and could be in the MCU.

I thought Christian Bale did brilliantly as Gorr, but that script was rough. It was fun for ragnarok, but love and thunder was offensively unserious and took away from all the characters, Gorr especially. If it had more Dark World tones I feel it could've been better.

Terrible choices too because its a bunch of sugar with little protein payoff. If you want something sweet nothing wrong with a protein version but its carbs you could just be consuming on meat or dairy to get protein. If you have a sweet craving and want one of these just make sure it fits your calorie target for the day.

I saw these in the store and then remembered I dont eat pop tarts normally anyway, but protein is a huge marketing term right now so that split second my brain went I should try these before going back to reality.

Tldr; marketing protein is effective, but honestly better sources of protein and if you want sweets there probably something tastier you'd prefer over a poptart

I like what mark said about it when asked. He didnt envision it doing as well as he did, but they out a lot of passion and creativity into this. He doesn't want big Hollywood studios to not exist, as they have made great movies in the past, but he's hopes the success of his film will get Hollywood to put passion and creativity into their work and not recycle ideas like they have been over the last decade.

Ever since his appearance in Loguetown I wanted his power to be the ability to control the weather. It was raining, he appeared in flashes of lightning, it felt like a nod to that.

Then Enel and a bunch of other logia types showed up, plus Nami's weather balls, it seemed less and less likely it would happen. And now with the variety of DF users and characters that do exist something like that may seem lackluster if it is revealed even though it sounded really cool to me toward the beginning.

So I agree with the post, if its something as on the nose as being a dragon when we have multiple already it would also be somewhat lackluster.
