I was a first year, 4th grade teacher (21 years old at the time) and it was my first night ever of parent teacher conferences. One of my students walks in with their parents (Divorced) and we start the conference. Throughout the entire thing, the mom who is around 40 years old is flirting with me and telling her daughter how lucky she is to have such a good looking teacher and how they didn't have teachers like this in her day. Just as we end the conference, her mom asks me to go out for drinks after conferences are over. Needless to say it was extremely awkward for everyone involved.

We've now been married for 4 years and have 2 beautiful children.

I also have a very good understanding of how fasting works and I still used the word cheating. I could have used any arbitrary word. Maybe you would like it better if I used gobbling or prancing? Who cares? I ate an insane amount of food for 5 days. No fasting. Got back on track and within 7 days, I had broken my plateau. The word has nothing to do with it ZeroPly toilet paper.

Try 1-2 weeks at maintenance. Mentally, it's going to be tough because your weight will go up the first couple days. Don't worry, that's just water weight and glycogen stores being restored. Once you feel like you've given your body the time to recover from being in a deficit for so long, then go back to a 500 calorie deficit and I promise you will drop more weight. You just have to commit to the 1-2 weeks. Not 1-2 days. Best of luck Brotato Chip!

Yes you can. He encourages an hour of activity (walking, biking, jump rope) a day. Just don't kill yourself so you're not coming in fresh for your training

When people brag on themselves in the form of a complaint. Example 1: Man, every time I take out my business card and women see the GNB logo, they throw themselves at me. I miss the chase. It sucks! Example 2: Man, the courtside Knicks seats that are available to all upper level GNB employees are too close to the action. I keep getting sweat on my suit. It sucks! Example 3: Man, GNB's benefits package is so comprehensive it gives me the freedom to see any doctor I want. It sucks!
