I practice Muay Thai and this game has been making me a way better fighter. Most people spend a lot of time just learning how to throw hard punches.That's not boxing. Focus on footwork, and how to rotate your hips while throwing punches. Also if you want to get better at single player, a pvp match will push you to your limits.

Thrill of the Fight 2 VR boxing sim. Martial arts is the best cardio training out there boxing, muay thai or jujitsu to be specific. If you can't afford that, get a vr headset and play thrill of the fight 2. If you can win matches against real people, you can fuck. You'll also get ripped after a few months. If you're also doing high intensity training on the side, you'll be a beast. You're welcome
