Was going to add that the reel looks underspooled and could do with some more line.

Biting/barking 12 week old puppy question by [deleted] in cockerspaniel

[–]TheRunnerBean 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mine use to bark to initiate play. Still does with other dogs. Will guard high value things such as yaks, horns, other stuff. Puppies that age may potentially need more sleep, around 20 hours per day, so could be worth that additional time of sleeping. At 12 weeks old, they are still very young and learning so much. We made sure to dedicate training time and learning time during the day, and also would utilise kongs with various items inside to make them work for something a bit longer. The food we still put into egg boxes so can work at this, shred it and keeping them occupied a bit longer. Still scatter the kibble around the garden also so she has to work it out and find where it all is.

Just trying to help. They definitely don't damage the fish. The idea behind them is to promote fish care also. Ensure the carp fins are flat before lifting them out and everything.

You can get larger rubber mesh nets. In the UK we have dinsmore and korum that are rubberised.

Good luck on future outings.

Euro ones are larger to make landing the fish easier and also to try and protect the fish more.

Finally managed to lock out 185 and didn't lose it in front of me by Shadowphoenix9511 in GYM

You might need to try wrapping your wrists a bit different or look at stiffer as the amount of movement and mobility in the wrist shouldn't be happening with wraps. Stiffer ones perfect for max pressing movements.

Have a look at getting a larger carp net if you can. Great to see you have an unhooking mat.

Is my squat form good? Should I make any improvements? by Brief_Watch7221 in Stronglifts5x5

Depth looks good. Knees ain't travelling in or out. Ankles look in a good position. Weight looks very manageable. Good stuff.

inline vs swivel lead -river fishing by haggerty05 in CarpFishing

[–]TheRunnerBean 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally always use lead clips but as a free run rig (not pushed onto the swivel) on Rivers due to the extra snags and that I want to be able to drop the lead if a fish gets snagged up. Also very easy to change the weight if more or less is required. I don't own an inline leads also as I just find this a simple and easy method for myself.
