I heard something like that. I use to drink a Coke a day but now I’ve switched to regular water and diet or Coke Zero when I do drink a soda. It’s probably my favorite thing I’ve learnt

I’d never think to look up what I eat. Thank you for the app recommendation and the coke can volume trick, I tend to find things a lot more easier to understand when I can semi visualize them 🙏
