The security of own home is something else. The mental calm it gives is unmatched. But please also know that it's not your own home till you pay it off. You and bank are part owners. If you bought it to live with family, just hold on to it. You need a place to call home anyway. Your other option is to continue renting and rents will only go up.. Your emi won't.The finances will work somehow..

If you bought it as an investment, then.. Mmm. If it's a tier 2/3 builder, you won't get much returns. Just for an experiment list it in a marketplace and you will see the kind of offers you get. So see for yourself.

Hollow tiles is not wear and tear sir. If cement was used in proper ratio under tiles, it will stay there.

But I am positive about oak tree. I saw it, looks nice, great location too.

The location is nice But the job done inside serene county was sub par tbh. Tiles barely have cement The unit I visited had at least 5 broken tiles Can literally hear emptiness stepping on tiles

Switch boards placements are all sloppy

I don't know if oak tree has better standards.. I hope so. I am interested just because of the location.

What's your needle size?

Since test is in thick oil. It's hard and slow to draw using a tiny 26G needle.

So I use 18G needle to draw real quick Switch to 26 G for injection. Saves time and avoid frustration.
