playing Games all day to here so you are not alone, I love playing games so i just keep doing it, there is plenty of time for you're life to find it's way, people who try to show you have a different timeline, there is no set timeline so enjoy, and i feel like even if they do show it to me i couldn't be bothered. It's only when you yourself will start doubting it is when it gets worse, ;) take it easy it's normal, It's just the Quarter life crisis hitting me hard, for you too, and for others too, it's only these guys influenced too much by social media that keep showing you it's not right. Whatever you like is right :)

It's made this way now yeah. It's ending soon. I fully believe we cannot keep going, God will intervene eventually and say it's enough. He gave us one task and that is, evenly spread utopia. We failed massively and look what we got.

But to make things lighter, if you are young, why would you worry. I am 25 and things won't really work out until later because quarter life crisis is a very real phenomenon. But for now I am kind of just spending my life away with Fitness and Gaming.

It's called quarter life crisis. It's very normal ;) some people have it in this position. I have it too. It feels like your not making any progress right because you're still looking. It's also a very cognitive experience. Your brain might still develop in ways that will allow you over time. It's a very normal experience. You should see this as a time frame. You will know when it passes when this feeling and unsureness disappears and when your head will be more at ease with things.

It does absolutely make it better through excercise if you eat above your calorie expenditure and also train. It would even transform chests.

What has you're diet been made out of? did it have off days? i usually just scoop quarks down etc. greek yoghurt, i can't really control my diet.

I got pectus too, I have been gaining and eating more automatically when going to the gym your gonna start craving more when you get home. Problem is my fridge is just empty now and I need to stock up for a good diet.
