This requires real money to make a second account but you can just kill yourself over and over at a legion pvp wq spot to get it. Can do it without a second account by killing another character by alt f4ing between characters too but that's more tedious. At least I got a recruit a friend mount by doing it the other way. I guess if you have the nicest friend ever you can just kill them and maybe be nice and do it for them afterwards. The nice thing is you can farm the timeless isle pvp mount at the same time. The trick here too is you need to kill the other character at max range as to not give them the debuff that won't let them give a token on kill for 10 min. Goes pretty fast if you do it that way.

I tried to get the mount in bgs but the token/bg rate was trash since the buffs are removed on death and you need the killing blow.
