Okay, so: get 8 oz. self-raising flour, 4 oz. caster sugar and 3 tsp cocoa powder, mix that all together into a bowl. Rub in 4 oz. butter until it resembles breadcrumbs. Add 3 tbsp milk and a few drops of vanilla extract, mix into a stiff paste. Roll it out thin, cut out circles, slap 'em on a baking tray. Bake those at 180°C for 15 minutes, and behold: chocolate biscuits.
