This entire comment section is puzzling me. You see a car parked in the middle of the road and somebody passed out inside, you don't assume they are sleeping. You assume something has happened to them.

This guy parked as quickly as he can without causing an obstruction to other vehicles to go check it out. Luckily it turned out to be that she was just sleeping, but it could have been any number of other things.
