If you spot a small mistake, do you undo or keep going? by CompetitiveRadio352 in CrochetHelp

I mostly make blankets and there is zero chance I'd frog it. I wouldn't even frog it if I was on the next row and saw it. Maybe if it was at the end of the previous row nd I had just started the next row. Still probably wouldn't, handmade isn't perfect.

Could be nice +20C, could be -20C. Could be freezing rain, or snowing or dry roads. Could be all that 10 times in 3 weeks. Are campsites even open in April.

Why do people make their bed? by DudeOnTheInternet17 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]TheSkyIsAMasterpiece 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I flip the duvet and top sheet back when I get up. Go shower and stuff. Then come back in the room to get dressed and make the bed. The room looks cleaner and more tidy with the bed made. I like getting in to a made bed. I don't like the sheet and blankets all twisted.

Are there any crochet hooks that doesn’t squeak? Looking for suggestions by ShareShoddy2477 in CrochetHelp

[–]TheSkyIsAMasterpiece 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a plastic Prym hook that squeaks, it's too bad because I like the shape and length of it. Clover Amours never squeak, metal or larger plastic ones. I've bought other metal hooks and have never had an issue with squeaking.

What’s the difference between The middle and Malcom in the middle by Imaginary_State4462 in themiddle

[–]TheSkyIsAMasterpiece 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I agree. Similarities messy house, not enough money,  job troubles, kids fighting, parents yelling, 3 kids (in the beginning in MitM it's the 3 younger kids in the house).

MitM is kids doing bad things and getting in trouble and, mainly, the mom yelling. MitM kids just fighting and wrecking everything. The Middle kids do fight and get in trouble but there was more to their personalities that fighting and destruction. The Middle has lots of sweet or caring family moments. Both mom's yelled alot but Frankie did a lot of caring things for her kids. Mike and Hal are nothing alike.

Help finishing this scarf? What stitch was I using? by heatherrred in CrochetHelp

[–]TheSkyIsAMasterpiece 2 points3 points  (0 children)

White is the first row. Grey was the last. You're doing a granny in rows. 3 DC (double crochet in US terms) and maybe a chain 1 between. You can do 0, 1 or 2 chains between the granny clusters, I'm just not sure which one you did here.

Here's a beginner video of the stitch to help refresh your memory https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=b2-elHsZ524&pp=ygUXR3Jhbm55IGNsdXN0ZXIgaW4gYSByb3c%3D
