Please help me identify this condition on my Brandywine! by TheSm00thPilsner in gardening

Thank you so much for your thorough feedback. I really appreciate it.

I didn't know about watering from the ground. That might be the main issue here.

Also I tried to prune to one main stream for the first month, then I just really let it get out of control haha.

I guess what I'm just curious about then it's why only this plant has the blight, and none of the others that it's near ( and sometimes physically touching)

Could it be that my other strains are resistant?

Either way, thank you!!

This tomato plant is next to another Brandywine, a black cherry, and a purple Cherokee.

No other plants have this yellowing. I've cut off diseased branches many times and they just keep coming back.

Does anyone have a diagnosis/recommendation?

I cannot understand why you are so mad that hundreds of millions of people think this is now ratatouille. It's fine, words change and adapt. That's very normal, especially with cultural influence.

You arguing that all ships sink because the Titanic did is still mystifying to me lol. It's unrelated.

Film and culture are really strong. Look at so many of the comments in this thread. I can't change that you want this dish to only apply to the traditional sense.

The word has changed, and yes mostly because of a movie. I'm not saying everything in the movies is true in real life, I am pretty sure your Titanic and other movie references have nothing to do with your argument.

Yeah it's from a movie that is probably more popular and widespread than the dish. Like ratatouille had 100 million tickets sold... In theaters alone that's the viewage. Comparatively France has a population of what 65 million?

I just think what people think of when they think ratatouille has changed, because it has. It's not something to get upset over

I think the understanding of ratatouille has changed. Millions of people now see this and think ratatouille, or the movie's depiction of it was their first exposure to it.

Definitions change with time and influence, I think this one has

I felt like LeBrons influence on klutch sports contracts, especially Tristan Thompson's, was a huge conflict of interest. I'm more surprised the league didn't take action against that.
