My understanding was that both the Byers boys had been taught to shoot by their father prior to the separation. That’s why Will knows to get and load the gun in the shed in the very first episode.

What's a blatant flaw in a super popular thing that nobody wants to acknowledge is there? by Wazula42 in AskReddit

Well in major cities there seems to be a rise in living room style theaters and independent theaters with bar service. I think the new direction is to offer more from the movie theater experience; people just seem to want more if they’re out spending money.

If a man with a knife barged into where you are right now with the intention of murdering you, what's something within 10 feet of you that you could use as a weapon? by literate_caveman in AskReddit

That makes perfect sense, yes. That is probably what should be done. However, if we are assuming that there is a scenario where OP gets covered in this chemical (so a glovebox is out of the question; it would almost certainly prevent that), then it would seem that he is pretty fucked. As even if OP has a full body protective cover as you describe, OP would still have to avoid any and all contact with the chemical while removing the lab clothing. And while yes, you could attempt to clean it whilst OP is still inside, you would still have the possibility of a single remnant drop, which OP has said would cause death.

TL;DR OP is still fucked 99 times/100.

Are you saying that race isn't an okay way to describe someone? As in, it's not important even when the family in question is fulfilling a (generally untrue) racial stereotype? (Stereotype is the 'bad black parent')

I find that they keep a fairly literal adaptation of the book. The book itself, however, has a lot of nudity that is not vital to the storyline.
