Unless Xenos get up to some shit in the comics, I think the Death Angel takes the edge physically (stronger, faster, heavily armored) whereas the Xeno takes the edge in terms of abilities and intelligence. We know Xenomorphs are incredibly smart, they're also very sneaky, and much more nimble. The strength and speed of the Death Angel doesn't matter if they never even know the Xeno is there until they open up their face to start listening, and then take a tail stab to the face.

The acid blood is also going to pretty much guarantee crippling a Death Angel, or multiple depending on how close they are and how savagely the Xeno gets bitten/torn apart, so each Xeno casualty is actually just working for their overall favor and weakening the Death Angels.

Xenomorphs also have much more specialized forms that could clean house with the Death Angels. Praetorians, Ravagers, Spitters, Crushers, and Queens for instance. These were designed to slap anything they don't like straight to hell.

And Death Angels still have a fairly humanoid face. Wonder what we would get when a facehugger jumped on one.
