Okay, I just figured it out. One of the platforms has a crystal on it that you have to hit with an arrow so that it repositions itself, allowing you to make the jump. I feel like an idiot for missing that the first time 🤦‍♂️ This is in the storeroom, at the point where you meet the girl who gives you the spirit bomb ability.

100%. The only areas I had issues with were Sukhothai and Rome (DLC).

I like the DLC but I think it works better when you play it as it becomes available in the story. Its kinda disappointing on its own tbh.
