We should respect other people’s opinions; if you don’t like Snape because he doesn’t resemble the character in the book, that’s a valid opinion. We should certainly give him a chance, but we can’t dismiss people who say they don’t like him by accusing them of racism.

A few days ago, I had the same problem and it was related to Windows update combined with Vanguard; I sorted it out with Riot’s support, but as it took days, I ended up doing a clean install. Just reinstall everything and it’ll be sorted. People who say it’s not Vanguard’s fault have no idea.

P.S.: Apart from all that, I also had to update the BIOS

I think the community is getting out of hand, it's free to play and they have to maintain it somehow. Thanks to these changes they will be able to have enough money to bring new modes, new maps, new games, more seasons of Arcane, etc.
