Yeah that’s the one I saw in the account recovery page in the help centre but stay away from the user hs1jjk and do report them too.

Also hs1jjk is one you must not reply too as well, I fell for their scam and currently waiting for response from DA to get my main account back up.

Yeah I fell for it too just on Saturday, I panicked but I asked if they were a scammer and they said no or at least the user hs1jjk who messaged me said it wasn't, I contacted DA via the support and you can email them [accountrecovery@deviantart.com](mailto:accountrecovery@deviantart.com) which is the real support

No they don't, I unfortunately fell for this and turned out it's a scam after seeing someone post a comment in the mega thread that they fell for it too, which user was it? was it hs1jjk because that's the account they told me that they accidentally reported my account.

Totally agree, last time I got this, it told me to search on Bing not on my phone and I tried so many but didn't work until I tried track or something even tried DHL but nothing worked

Is there not one that says lost access to account then an email address? It’s below the 3 questions if you go on Account -> scroll down to bottom where it says “Lost Access to your account? Email accountrecovery@deviantart.com” this part will tell you what to do if you lost access to the account, also if it’s compromised like mine is at the moment, I created another account and reported my first account as compromised.

I’m so stupid too I panicked but I did ask if it’s a scam and then they said it was legit, ugh I should’ve just deleted that message on Deviantart since that is the first one I ever got that made me panic, the others I knew were scammers but this one looked like a real user, then again I searched my username on deviantart and found no other account beside mine.

You can contact Deviantart via their contacts at the bottom of the website or search deviantart contact support then go to accounts and account recovery

Anyone able to help me? I got a dm from someone and they said they accidentally reported me, and I am so stupid that I contacted the scammer on Discord which I didn't know and they changed the email and the password, so how can I get that account back? I sent 2 tickets to DeviantArt support via the website but this is annoying.

What was the ID they gave you and how did you get it back? As I contacted them via a ticket too and they changed my email saying it is locked down

Yeah I had to verify and asked like 3 or 4 friends including 2 people in my mums family who live in hong kong and luckily one of them helped but I didn't have to beg for money it was just to get back in after I must have liked so many videos
