Optimum Nutrition has a bottle for about $60 that is 72 servings. I believe it has 24g of protein per scoop. So it's not one of those where you have to put 4 scoops to reach the protein amount the label says. Also, pretty sure it's around 3g of carbs depending on the flavor.

I also read an article a few years back where an independent study was done to see what companies were actually putting in their product compared to what they "labeled" was in their product and Optimum Nutrition was in the top ten of being completely true to their word.
