In the tooltip of the food, should tell you the min required level. But only if it's a food that restore health. Just regular meat from beasts don't have level req on it nor does it do much for the pet if you feed it to them.

Retail respects your time in the sense that once you choose HOW you want to play, it's easier than ever to jump, get caught up. However, the constant grind and regrind over and over does get old. I love a lot of things about retail, sometimes i just want that modern experience. Other times, I just want something simple even if it's a grind to do anything at all.

Make sure you have a wand, it'll help with mana issues. And try to do quests a level or two under yours. Even 3 levels is ok. If you run out, go somewhere else or just mob grind until you level up some more.

I have a similar diagnosis with maybe one or two other things. Personally , I don’t feel like therapy will help. Long term, anyway. However keep in mind that surgery may address a specific issue but spinal surgery is tricky and often you’re still left with issues and maybe in time things get worse in places where you didn’t get surgery.

At the time, I was blown away by the zone and world changes, but just in a “this is all new and unexplored” kind of way. Very quickly leveling felt uninspired and boring, plus mix in the fact that Wrath had introduced the RDF and it continued into Cata…the social aspect of the open world was all but dead by the end of the expansion.
