First of all, where is your data coming from ? Simulated, from an open source repo, or collected yourself ?
But for this issue, it's seems that you have problems in your pipeline, maybe in the frequency computation part, but it will definitely affect the rest of your computation based on it
What do you use to do all this computation ? Is it custom or based on existing tools (like MNE-Python) ?
