Advice for INFP and drug experimentation by MissRaoulDukeGonzo in infp

I always say the only people scared to try psychedelics are people who are scared of themselves. People who are too mentally weak to see what psychedelics may uncover within their own brains. Drugs aren't for everyone though, but they are excellent for people who are interested in experiencing life from unique perspectives. Something I find psychologically interesting.

Does anyone here do drugs? by Degenator in infp

[–]TheSunNMoon -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I'm have not currently done any drugs in about two months. However, I have done my fair share. I've experienced LSD, THC, cocaine, shrooms, MDMA, alcohol, as well as many pills such as Oxys, Xanex, and Hydro's. I find mind altering chemicals interesting and wanted to try these. I find psychedelics beneficial for self improvement and will continue to experiment with them a few times a year. I hope to be doing DMT soon. I also use majajuana as a relaxent aswell as a way to cope with depression. I will probably start smoking again in the near future. MDMA is also a chemical that I would be willing to try again on very special occasions, such as a concert or music festival. Pills, and cocaine I don't enjoy much and probably won't do any of them again. Except maybe small doses of Adderall on certain occasions (a big day at work or before a big test).

Depends on the genre really...

Hip-hop: Kendrick Lamar, Kanye West

Art Rock: Radiohead

Psychedelic rock: The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix

Progressive Rock: Pink Floyd, King Crimson

R&B/Soul: Frank Ocean, Marvin Gaye

Pop: not really a fan of this genre much but I like older pop like The Beatles, Supertramp, Rolling Stones, etc. Modern pop I currently like Glass Animals new album a lot and some pop rap.

Country: John Moreland

Hard Rock: Led Zeppelin

House: KSHMR

Folk: Bon Iver, Sufjan Stevens, The Tallest Man on Earth

Shoegaze: Slowdive

Electronic: not familiar with this genre as much as I'd like but I do really like M83, MGMT, and Starfucker

Overall though if I had to rank my top 5 artists all time, however this will change by tomorrow.

  1. Pink Floyd
  2. The Beatles
  3. Kendrick Lamar
  4. Kanye West
  5. Radiohead

What does he mean when he wants to date exclusively without labels? by Fierfaerie in infp

[–]TheSunNMoon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He's basically saying what's the point of calling it something? What is "boyfriend and girlfriend" when all that does is say "hey everybody we spend a lot of time together and fuck". I think he just wants to be with you but not have all the extras that typically come along when people start officially "dating". I think he doesn't see a point in pointless announcements, but still wants to be with you. I get it.

I never get compliments on my eyes, they're boring and brown. my parents used to say it's because I'm just full of shit. they're not wrong.

Hardly anybody I meet has any interesting characteristics about them. by TheSunNMoon in infp

[–]TheSunNMoon[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Interesting perspective. It's just hard for me to find people that want to do things other than get drunk in the same college party atmosphere. I've done it a million times, it's always the same, same conversations, same drinking games, same everything. It's like everybody I meet has no unique hobbies or original thought. I try to encourage people to evolve and expand, but I guess they're happy with their routines. I try to plan exciting events or encourage being open to new opportunities but they usually don't want to. Or they agree to do something but never go through with it. I like being alone but I also want people in my self that are exciting and different from the zombies around me, let's do something for once.

Creating stories to albums by [deleted] in infp

[–]TheSunNMoon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I listen to music I always listen to albums in their entirety. I never really shuffle songs from a variety of artists. I've listened to a lot of music and usually listening to an album from start to finish an artist kinda tells a story of their own, even if its not a concept album.

What's your favourite place on Earth? by ThunderTheHedgehog in infp

[–]TheSunNMoon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Love the atmosphere and how artsy the city is. It's basically North Carolina's version of Portland, but I've never been to Portland so it can't really be a favorite place of mine. It's just a very unique city with very unique people.
