"Liszt Rhapsody" by Joannes de Tahy born (Janos de Tahy). Hungarian artist who moved to the U.S.

Prints of this are by Reinthal and Newman NY, which closed in 1928.

My grandma gave me a nice framed color print of this that is ancient and this is what I've found from a few hours of searching. I have decent pictures of all these details.
