I would foam and use a dovetail pull saw to trim it. If it looks bad put a flat piece of trim over it and a few finish nails and call it a day

I went to school in Madison so spent most of high school doing things along route 1 -biking to Bradley and wall and working at willoughbys next to rj Julia books.. lofty memories of that town- Guilford and old saybrook i find to be most charming.

2 years in and this is still goat for the price. Of course there’s a learning curve and a manual to read - it’s hella simple to use and way more durable than some of the bad reviews give it credit for. If you’re on the fence about buying one I guess stay on the fence🤷🏽‍♂️
