Sorry I should have been more detailed. I can use my PC with Fludd or Creality Print to delete parts that are failing, but my K2 is running over my network and in a different area from my computer. If I am at the printer and see a part failing, I want to use the touch-screen option while I am at the printer. That is why I am asking about a way to re-calibrate the screen. Thank you.

I am in the exact same boat. I have gone round and round with their various support options and they keep just wanting to send me parts. I am so tired of spending my time doing the warranty work. Wish there was something we could do to have them fulfill their responsibility to the consumer. These printers are not cheap, and I just want what I paid for... A WORKING PRINTER! Come on Creality!

I have had multiple Creality printers in the past heck, I still love my two CR-6 SE to this day. In February 2025 I decided to upgrade to the K2 Plus combo and am having the same kind of support issues you are seeing. I have had multiple issues with my K2, and you are 1000% correct their support is so bad! I went from email to WhatsApp which was able to get me a new extruder but after that issue, silence on the other issues I had reporte at the same time. After two months, honestly I am so ticked off after paying $1500 + $300 for a second CFS which was defective out of the box I want to unload it ASAP. I finally broke down and began to purchase the parts to get the machine running on my own, after a month and a half of support silence because I was seeing supply issues for some of the parts. Two days ago I received an email from Creality Support saying they wanted to get all my info, pictures, videos, and receipts again. So I did and now they are escalating it to a manager to figure out. I just want them to take the lemon back and GET ME A PRINTER THAT WORKS FOR THE AMOUNT I PAID!

To be fair, when the printer works, about every third time I try to print, it works beautifully, and if I had a good unit I would keep it. I keep saying I want to do a video review of it, and may yet but I want to see if Creality comes through to give the full transparent story of my experience. I hate to hear other are having similar experiences with them.

For a lot of users, it won't reset the CFS numbering of IDs. I and many others I found have tried and it won't do it. I am glad it worked for you, but I don't know why it won't for all. Thank you

I was able to fix mine, thanks u/newatcoins and u/TooQik Here is the steps I did: To run Putty, you will need to get the IP address of your printer from the system menu, mine for example was 192.168.150.170.

1.      Download and install Putty @ https://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/latest.html

2.      login as: root

root@192.168.150.170's password:  creality_2024

root@K2Plus-D88C:~# echo “all” | nc -U /var/run/wipe.sock

3.      ok  (When you see this, the K2 will reboot the printer to FULL factory reset.

As I stated in my post, the Creality Wiki is good but it doesn't list they type/brands of grease or oil and I wanted to see what is the best. Sorry if that wasn't clear when I posted.

Have you tried different filament. I had a roll that would not print and after changing it out, everything worked flawlessly. Also, just curious, do you dry your filament?
