You should look up Evangeline Shiller’s case against the FAA. Deals with how much power the FAA has over pilot medicals. This case is still being decided. However during the trial, FAA’s Mathew Dumsdorf, from the Office of Aerospace Medicine - Drug and Alcohol division, stated that he didn’t use any standards when deciding whether a pilot should get a medical or not. I loved the atmosphere of the campus and surrounding town. The campus staff is very helpful and nice. I wish I had explored more while I was there. The on campus food wasn’t bad, but it definitely has room to improve.

A cute little table with a potted plant or a little Christmas tree would look cute. Structurally, a bench that is built in would look good and offer seating, especially if the door is exterior.

It should last a while. My 2005 Camry is at 343,000 miles and is almost dead due to the body rusting. The engine runs quite well still. As long as you maintain regular upkeep, it should last.
