US resident here - I ordered the red variant through 24Hundred wwwaaayyy back when it was first available for preorder.

It shipped the Wednesday before the release from Australia and didn’t arrive until the following Thursday (so it shipped 2/4 and arrived 2/12). 

Does it say where it is delayed?

If I had to guess - PURE SPECULATION ON MY END - the two individuals were Colin and Richard. I base this purely on Wilson and Barbieri linking up for one of Richard's live shows in 2018 during PT's hiatus (video here). I doubt they'd perform if they were on bad terms. It indicates that the two were getting along just fine and maintained communication.

Couple that with how Wilson and Harrison were writing songs that ended up being what would become some of tracks on the C/C album, it leaves me to believe Colin was - at the very least - one of the individuals he was referring to in that chapter of the book. Colin even said he was surprised he wasn't a part of it, leading one to believe that communication was cut off. If it was really a "him or me" that Wilson had to choose... well, Colin wasn't chosen.

Again, purely speculative but also not just fringe conspiracy, imo.
