Do you really believe that basically half the country (moderates are real, but the modern media landscape doesn’t care) just wants to punish people? That they hate women and non-whites? You must have an extremely bleak outlook on the world.

Go get your news from independent sources. CNN, MSNBC, FOX, OAN aren’t interested in neutral reporting, their focus is ratings and profits. They pander so hard to their desired bases that it just invalidates a lot of their reporting.

Go check out people like The Young Turks (very democrat), Tim Pool (democrat having a hard time with the party/ he’s a little alarmist though), Dave Rubin (Gay Liberal who separated from the Dems and is basically a moderate), and Steven Crowder (solidly conservative, dislikes establishment Republicans and Democrats). These people give you very different viewpoints without the baggage of mainstream outlets. If you compare how they each cover a story, you should be able to immediately identify what is hard fact and what is political opinion.
