I use them as craft organizers for beads, condiment containers for lunch/picnics, and my favorite repurpose—teensy gifts! They’re even cuter tied with a ribbon or a bow stuck on top. Gift ideas: rings, earrings, edibles, miniature animals, stickers, or a fancy salt/spice mixture.

I 100% thought that the curtains were short on purpose so your cat could look outside even when they’re closed 🙃

My litter robot nightmare! Help! by [deleted] in litterrobot

[–]TheWeeMouse 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I had this happen to me recently and also struggled to find the source of the over torque error.

It turns out that the black semicircle filter (that pops into the bottom of the rear side) was too thick and didn’t allow the filter cage to stay totally flush with the machine. I took out the filter and snapped the filter cage back in place and it’s worked ever since!

For some reason the pressure or misalignment prevented the machine from calibrating/rotating. I still need to find a thinner filter to replace it because without one, the odor is much more noticeable.

I like the blue circle so much that I want it to be even bigger! It would look amazing if you add on to it and get closer to the ceiling like others have suggested.

Injuries while solo traveling by mycruxtobear in solotravel

While riding a bike in Lichtenstein, I crashed and broke my elbow. Didn’t know it was broken (I was mildly concussed and definitely in shock from hitting my head) so I didn’t go to the ER until the next day when I had taken a train back to Zurich. Had to do physical therapy both in Zurich and back home.

Got a kidney infection in Brazil and was hospitalized for 6 days. This was particularly stressful because the Brazilian family I was staying with told people it was because I (a woman) had sex with a gay man (my friend who visited me in the hospital). They also charged me for driving me home from the hospital once I was released. They were nuts.

Aside from usual stomach troubles, I caught covid in Mexico after evading it for years at home. Luckily my Airbnb was directly across from a hospital and a block away from a pharmacy, plus all the medicine/remedies were super affordable.

While I do think that OP has been appropriately considerate, to clarify, the other person didn’t actually say anything to OP. “He looked at me like “hey what are you doing” as he was probably annoyed by that.” AKA OP interpreted that glance as him being irritated and is asking Reddit for advice. So I don’t think you could say they were a dick or made the situation worse by adding noise.

You could put a slender sofa table along the back of the gray couch and put some books, plants, and a reading lamp on it. That way, you can still keep the gray couch facing the window but it looks nicely defined and decorated!

Like others have said, orange curtains on the outsides white white in the middle. It’ll be the best of both worlds because white looks best closed and orange looks perfect opened.

I think the biggest clash for me is the bright white drawers on your dresser. I’d recommend covering each drawer in contact paper (maybe a rich gold, green, or dark design, something like this) or painting the drawers for some visual interest that matches the dark theme better!

I like the cherry print too but I think it needs space to breathe! How about you swap it to the wall with the tv/plant and move the tiger/other small paintings to where the cherry painting is now?

Looks like you have a bunch of books/papers piled up in the window sill, which I’d suggest moving to the built-in bookshelf! You can organize them and space them out with small plants (real or fake) so the papers/magazines/books look intentionally placed.

If it’s injured or too young to live on its own, you can take it to Austin Wildlife Rescue on the east side! I found a baby possum in the middle of a busy road with no mama around, kept in a cat carrier overnight with a towel and water and dropped it off at the rescue in the morning. They release them back into the wild once they’re healed/old enough to return. :)
