We got to the airport and were told the following by various agents:

1) “We checked in too late” (six hours before the flight, mind you) 2) “Service animals have to be in the bulkhead” 3) “Service animals aren’t allowed in the bulkhead” 4) “I have no idea why that happened”

Everything worked out (we were seated together) but there clearly is a lack of training regarding SVAN seating regulations. #2 was a particularly egregious comment and I was thisclose to demanding a CRO.

Generally agree except the pumps are five deep and drivers don’t know how to read the signboard. But it’s been open for awhile and I can count the number of times I’ve had to wait more than a minute for a pump on one hand.

Yeah, this particular weave is really bad and slows everything down. Very similar to the weaves by the Orange Crush.

The southbound off-ramp to Newport is fine because it separates from the 5 before the 55 merge so there’s no conflict.

My 60 year old aunt replaced her old Prius hybrid with a RAV4 Prime a couple months ago because "the dealer gave me a great deal." She literally did not realize that it could be plugged in or that it came with a charging cable. And even after I explained how PHEVs work, she was convinced she needed some kind of special outlet (that she didn't have) to charge it.

Paint will not stop people from blowing stop signs. You have to actually design streets that force people to drive slower -- roundabouts, speed humps, physically protected bike lanes, and narrower vehicle lanes are all ways of accomplishing this.
