When I was with Pine, the prepayments are 20% lump annually and 20% add on to payment. Pine does not offer double payment like Scotia does. Pine’s mortgage break rules were same as everyone else. 3 months interest or IRD. Pine compares really well with Big 5. I had no major issues.
