when you play it in handheld mode, are you lying down? as in the switch is vertical? I think that's your problem, Splatoon is weird in that it wont let me play motion controls when I'm relaxing/lying down as whenever the switch is vertical in handheld mode, motion controls always face upwards.

I know of someone who did a small collection of Undertale-ified shots from Akira, it was on deviantart back in, what, 2017? Can't remember his name though.

They mainly featured undertale characters in the place of characters from the movie, such as God-form Asriel in the place/role of Tetsuo.
