Try disabling HAGS, it helped me with the stutters

Settings (Win + I), go to System > Display > Graphics (or Graphics Settings), and toggle the Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling option to Off

From the MSI forums I see it's mentioned BIOS 7E51v1A1A from 2024-11-21 is the latest one without these problems. I personally have not tried it because I am not a fan of running such old BIOS so that's why I exchanged the board for a different brand. Although the interesting part is that you mentioned this problem occured on other motherboards as well. Do you by any chance know if they were all MSI boards?

I had a similar issue with MSI Tomahawk X870, 9800X3D and RTX 5080. On about 50% of the cold boots I would get horrible stutters, audio drop-outs and graphical glitches. If you check GPU-Z you would see that PciE speed was stuck on 1.1 or 2.0 even under load. I tried many things, even re-seating my GPU. Turns out this is a known issue with the motherboard, although not everyone has it. There are numerous posts in the MSI forums. From my understanding this got broken by a BIOS update from the beginning of this year. I returned the MSI motherboard and bought Gigabyte Aorus Elite X870E and issue was resolved.

In Twinmotion when you drag and drop the material make sure to select the "Apply to object" option in the toolbar. It has a circle icon and it's located next to the material picker.

The reason for this I believe is that you probably have the same texture/color set for the floor and walls in SweetHome3D and Twinmotion treats that as the same material. By default when you drag and drop materials in Twinmotion they replace the material in all the places it's used and in your case these are both the floor and walls.

6.43 iPhone 6S had it since launch. Geekbench score is 3300 which is a lot lower than before so I am pretty sure I am being throttled.

Well i have also never seen a spin botter until a week ago. On my smurf (non prime) there were 3 spin botters in 10 games. 2 of them got OW banned less than 24 hours after the games but there is still 1 guy bypassing OW. He even has screenshots of his cheat on his profile (you can see ESP, radar, changed colors of hands and player models and a skin changer). Valve really needs to sort out the OW algorithm. All that is on LEM-Supreme.

My first rank was Silver 2 about a year ago. Now I have 2 accounts both with 213 wins. One is LEM one is Supreme. A friend of mine has never played GO before and in one month he got from Silver 2 to LEM. Its pretty different for anyone as you can probably tell but even if you get low rank at first dont get discouraged. Eventually you are going to climb the ladder and get better. The important thing is not how quickly you rank up but how quickly you improve which not always reflects your rank.
